Taxed

To test out the abilities of our newly patched petrol tank, we took her out for a spin. It was a hot day and we had both windows down with the wind blustering around inside.

We were drawing our journey to a close and taking it down the bypass for one last time, when out of the blue our tax disc and it's holder flew out of the window and into the verge. With 2 months left on tax we were determined to find it and so parked up and headed for the verge and started hunting.



After a few minutes, to our relief, we found the tax disc - still attached to the holder - lying face down in the verge. In true Mongol rally style we re-attached the disc with half a reel of duck tape.
